JENDE ORIGINAL REED KNIFE

Each Original Jende Reed Knife is handcrafted using traditional Asian knife making techniques. Japanese Steel is first forged into shape, double hollow ground, and then hardened and tempered to Rockwell 58-60 - making the edge of the blade tough and durable. Each blade is then polished and hand sharpened to perfection using Shapton Professional sharpening stones up to #8,000 grit.

This knife comes in both right and left handed options.
