Cork Compressor

Are you annoyed with staples that are too tight for your oboe?  This cork compressor allows you to gently reduce the size of the cork on staples and bocals to give you a better fit.

For staples, it is safest to compress the cork while on a mandrel. Gently compress and then release and repeat while working them around the cork.
